2. Nature of Business

T.T.MARI is an independent third-party dealer in pre-owned luxury watches. All watches offered for sale are pre-owned items sourced independently. We are not an authorised dealer of any watch brand.

3. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and photographs accurately represent each timepiece. However, minor variations may exist. All sales are subject to a pre-purchase inspection and agreement on final condition.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms, deposit requirements, and instalment options (if any) will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Sales Process

Listing a watch on our website does not constitute a binding offer to sell. A sale is complete only upon execution of a written purchase agreement and receipt of full payment (or agreed deposit).

6. No Manufacturer Warranty

As an independent dealer, we are unable to offer or transfer manufacturer warranties. We may, however, offer our own limited dealer warranty on select pieces, details of which will be specified in the purchase agreement.

7. Returns

Given the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, all sales are generally final. Returns may be considered at our discretion within 48 hours of collection, subject to the watch being returned in the exact same condition as sold.

8. Intellectual Property

The T.T.MARI name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. Brand names and trademarks of watch manufacturers referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
